The good news to all teacher trainees’ is that, at the end of November, the monthly teacher Trainees’ allowances will begin to flow.
This was made known to the leadership of Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) during a visit to the CEO of the Student’s Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) on Monday.
The allowance manager of the Students Loan Trust Fund, Mr. Kwaku Seidu stated clearly during the meeting which was held at the Trust head office that end of November, teacher trainees will begin to enjoy their monthly allowances for the academic year.
This meant that, for this academic year, allowances will be paid beginning from November, December, January and to February.
Teacher trainees’ are expected to provide the requisite information to their respective College authorities for same to be subsequently sent to the Students Loan Trust Fund to facilitate the disbursement of the allowances.
Teacher trainees’ are also encouraged to meet the campus based allowances coordinator when challenges arise.
