Honourable Anthony Dadzie (TTAG President for 2018/2019)

The president of the association of teacher trainees of Ghana (TTAG)  honourable Anthony Dadzie got a heart soothing surprise as all delegates present for the launch of the 24th annual delegates congress at St. Francis College of Education, Hohoe in the Volta region of Ghana stood up to salute the president as he stepped forward to address the house. It was such an awesome moment for us all.

Honourable Anthony Dadzie became the president of the aforementioned association last year at Ada college of education. But unfortunately since his assumption of power no dues have been paid to the association by SLTF because trainees nationwide pay their monthly dues from their monthly allowances but since then the dues haven’t been deducted from the allowances for the effective and efficient running of the association.

Notwithstanding the above challenge mentioned above, honourable Anthony Dadzie led administration have been able to effectively run the association under tight financial conditions.

Under his watch, the famous Teacher Trainees Weekly Journal (TWJ) was finally launched to disseminate information to all trainees and also to serve as a special purpose vehicle to bridge the communication gap between leadership and trainees across the country.

Therefore it was not a surprise that such respect was given to him for his selfless and dedicated service to the association.
