24th TTAG Annual Delegates Congress …. 26th Aug 2019

The contest for the national positions is getting keener as days go by in preparedness towards this year 24th Annual Delegates Congress at St. Francis College of Education in Hohoe, Volta region. Currently, a lot of people have declared their intentions to contest for various positions on the TTAG national front.
Latest to declare intention is a young man from Attricons in the person Issah Toha Shamsoo who is a serving member of the TTAG Weekly Journal editorial board and the immediate past SRC General Secretary of Tamale College of Education. The TTAG national secretary hopeful is also the founder of African Students for Inter-faith Tolerance (ASFIT) which was launched recently and focused on promoting intra and inter faith tolerance among the Ghanaian populace. Due to his passion for volunteerism, he is a youth MP in the Northern Youth Parliament is youth led pressure group focused on government policies that effect the present and future of the youth in Ghana. This organisation organises clean up exercises, Parliamentary Sittings, educational programs etc.
In his declaration he, “Behind every successful team, there’s a dedicated and a hard-working secretary and that’s why I’m presenting myself to be elected.” He therefore urging delegates to vote for competent, dedicated and selfless leaders.
